Rebecca Baird, M.A., NCC, LPCA, offers individual, couples, and family counseling services to adults and adolescents. Taking a person-centered approach, Rebecca emphasizes the counseling relationship and strives to create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore issues at their own pace. She believes in the inherent abilities of every client to gain self-acceptance and make progress toward goals.

Rebecca integrates multiple counseling theories, rejecting the idea that one size fits all. Using solution-focused strategies, she helps clients identify goals and work toward them. She enjoys working with clients dealing with relationship and communication problems, stress, life transitions, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and trauma or abuse history.

As a counselor, Rebecca helps clients with:

  • Support in coping with life experiences

  • Personal growth and meeting goals

  • Feedback to help you interpret and understand your experiences

  • Recovery from trauma, abuse, and addiction

  • Improving communication and interpersonal skills

  • Identifying and understanding relevant symptoms and diagnoses

  • Increasing self-acceptance and self-worth
